MGTC, TD & TF

MG's T-series cars were produced from 1936 to 1955 at the British Motorworks plant in Abingdon, England. The MG-F convertible top and MG-TF convertible top was later resurrected in 1996, and produced in two model generations through 2004.

The MGTC Midget convertible top was MG's first post-war Midget model. Among other quirks, the MG-TC designers opted to place the speedometer on the opposite side of the dash, in front of the passenger instead of the driver. The MG TD convertible top took over from the MG TC in 1950. It was larger than the MG TC soft top and had a number of engineering upgrades to boot.
