- We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional shipping cost to our customers.
- Please inspect the product before attempting installation, make sure you received correct color and product for your car. We are responsible for our product only. Not the installation or removal.
- Contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt of shipment to obtain return authorization.
Please note that any Installation Video purchase (DVD or Streaming) is not eligible for refund.
- Our product must be folded carefully and returned in the same condition it was received and in the original box. Special attention must be given to tops with plastic windows. Always pack tissue around the window. Make sure not to crease the window.
- Topsonline.com will not accept delivery of items shipped to us without a return authorization.
- All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
- Items will not be accepted for credit if installation was attempted. Only brand new items will be accepted in original box.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of original shipment.
- Sometimes special situations arise. These situations will be handled on an individual basis.
- Our liability is limited to refunding the purchase price of the merchandise or replacement of the product upon it's return. Under no circumstances we will be responsible for any other form of consequential damage.
- No claim for breach of warranty shall be valid unless delivered in writing to the company within thirty days of shipping of the above mentioned product.
