Jensen Convertible Tops & Accessories

Originally in production from 1934 to 1976, this British sports car manufacturer has revived the Jensen Interceptor convertible top for 2012, with manufacturing taking place in a former Jaguar plant in Coventry. The Jensen convertible top was one of the first vehicles to use fiberglass in the body construction, which helped create a fast, lightweight sports car.

In the mid-70s, Jensen also formed a collaboration with Donald Healey. The Jensen Healey soft top was built as a joint venture between Jensen and Austin-Healey. Unfortunately the Jensen Healey convertible top was a short-lived model, falling prey to poor sales in the United Kingdom, along with logistical issues in the manufacturing process.
