Mercury Voyager Station Wagon - 1957 and 1958 Headliners

There are two different types of Replacement Headliners (inside roof covers) in the tables below. The 1957 Headliners are made in factory original textured materials and patterns, and manufactured to factory specifications and workmanship. The 1958 Non-Factory Original Conversion Style Replacement Headliners are pre-sewn and tailored to fit this specific model, and includes the bows (rods) to support suspended headliner.

These Factory Style Replacement Headliners (inside roof covers) fit the 1957 and 1958 Mercury Voyager Station Wagon models. The patterns are fitted, not universal, meaning they are specific for the vehicles noted in each table. Factory Style Headliners are offered below for the 1957 model year, while Non-Factory Style Conversion Headliners are offered for the 1958 model year.

  • 1957 OEM Design: These headliners are an exact factory reproduction, using patterns which were compiled when the cars were first introduced. These headliners are sewn, ready to install, tailored to fit your vehicle.
  • OEM Materials and Colors: These headliners are made with factory original textured materials exactly like those used by Mercury. The products also feature exact and authentic colors, which makes matching OEM colors easy and accurate.
  • Your existing metal bows must be transferred from the old headliner unless otherwise specified in the tables below. There is a center line drawn on the back side of headliner to assist in alignment. Headliners come ready to install, with 3" (inches) of extra material on each side for fitting and stretching.
  • All automotive headliners offered on this page include a 3 year warranty; details are available on our warranty page.

1958 Mercury Voyager 2 Door & 4 Door Station Wagon Non-Factory Style Headliner

Important Notes: The headliners in this table are aftermarket conversion style headliners that are pre-sewn and tailored to fit this specific model. Your existing headliner as well as any stays between card board panels must be discarded. The headliners also include the bows (rods) to support the suspended headliner. The bows must be fitted to the roof of the car, so measuring and drilling is required. The Headliner is stretched in place, and the edges trimmed and finished much like a conventional headliner installation found in a vintage car.

  • These Non-Factory Style Aftermarket Conversion Headliners (inside roof covers) fit both the 1958 Mercury Voyager 2-Door and 4-Door Station Wagons. Other model years and body styles are supported elsewhere on this page.
  • Original Material(s): Single Hole Perforated Vinyl and Tier Grain Vinyl are factory original headliner materials for this Mercury Voyager model year. Although these headliners are aftermarket conversion style headliners, the materials from which they are made are a match to factory original materials, so that your headliner will look as close to original as possible.
  • Headliner Only: You will receive an aftermarket conversion style headliner; no sewing is required for the headliner, however the bows will need to be fitted to the roof of the car, requiring measuring and drilling. You will also receive extra matching material to allow you to re-cover your sun visors; sewing will be necessary to re-cover your sun visors.
  • Other colors can be ordered, please inquire.

Here is what TopsOnline customers are saying...

It's been a few months, but just a quick note to let you know the new upholstery in my 560SL is fantastic and looks great after its first conditioning with Lexol ... Also here are a few pics of the new top and boot cover on my 68 Mustang...I'm really pleased with both.
