Factory style Top Cover only, must re-use factory Glass window. Made with Window postioning marks on the Top. Factory original Zipper on Top to Zip into factory Headliner. Top & Headliner fits both Left & Right hand drive models.

This convertible top for the Mercedes Benz 320CE, E320, 300CE, 220CE, E220, 200CE & E200 (Model 124) fits the 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996 model years.

  • All the seams are heat-sealed from the outside, and stitched and heat-sealed from the inside. All convertible top materials are mildew & mold resistant, and UV treated for color fastness. No sewing is required.
  • Warranty Info: Convertible Top comes with 3-year warranty and includes (18) months labor allowance from purchase date. You can read detailed warranty information on our warranty page.

Replacement Convertible Top Cover Options

Factory material is the German Sonnenland Classic Cloth. We also offer Haartz Twillfast Cloth as a less expensive alternative.

Convertible Top Headliner

Headliner made with factory style plastic retainers onto Top frame & sewn-on elastics as original. You can re-use your existing Headliner if it is in good shape.

  • Original Headliner material for 1990 thru 1993 models is the Twill fabric, for 1994 thru 1996 models is the Wool Brocade fabric. Headliners are interchangeable.
