Important Notes: This Molded ABS Plastic headliner is a reproduction of your vehicle’s OEM headliner, using factory attachments points, fit and finish. The headliner is available either uncovered or covered with Foam Backed Cloth and is vacuum formed at 320 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent warping and distortions caused by extreme temperatures. Each headliner includes installation instructions.
These Headliners (inside roof covers) fit the 1980 thru 1986 Ford F150 & F250 Super Cab Pickup Truck only.
Please Note: These ABS Plastic Headliner boards come with pre-cut holes in the board for dome lights, visor bracket openings, etc. Due to vehicle variation some openings may need to be enlarged to access attachment points.
Covered Headliner: You will receive a cloth-covered and ready-to-install headliner.
Uncovered Headliner: You will receive a solid ABS Plastic Headliner that is ready to cover or paint.
These ABS Headliners include a
3-year (36-month) warranty for the molded plastic substrate, and a
1-year (12-month) warranty for the material from the manufacturer. Please see our
Warranty page for more details.
(1) Which vehicles does this headliner fit?
This headliner is designed to fit the 1980 thru 1986 Ford F150 & F250 Super Cab Pickup Truck. It is made to match the original headliner shape and attachment points for those model years and cab style.
(2) What is the headliner made from, and how is it constructed?
This headliner is vacuum-formed ABS plastic, produced at high temperature to help resist warping and distortion from extreme heat.
(3) In what material finishes is this headliner offered?
The headliner is available either uncovered (solid pressboard ready for covering or painting) or covered with Foam-Backed Cloth material. These options allow you to choose a finish that matches or complements your truck’s interior.
(4) Does the headliner come ready to install, and what should I know about installation?
Yes — with the cloth-covered version, it arrives ready to install. The board uses the factory attachment points and fits similar to the original. Installation instructions are included. Because pre-cut holes account for dome lights and visor brackets, you may need to slightly enlarge some openings to match your truck’s specific configuration.
(5) What kind of warranty does the headliner come with?
The molded ABS substrate carries a 3-year (36-month) warranty against defects. The material covering (for covered versions) carries a 1-year (12-month) warranty from the manufacturer.
