You have two options:
You may reuse your existing backrest back panels if they are in acceptable condition.
Or, you can purchase ½-hide leather material (matching the leather chosen for the seats) to recover your existing panels. The kit itself does not include fully finished backrest back panels.

The seat covers carry a 3-year (36-month) manufacturer’s warranty.
Regarding shipping: Qualifying orders may receive free shipping within the contiguous U.S., subject to $250 order minimum and eligibility.
