Factory style replacement Convertible Top Headliner (inside cover). Must re-use original front plastic retainer from existing factory Headliner. Made with original Black Anthracite cloth material, Sewn-in Listing & Straps as Original. For Late 1999 through 2002 model cars with factory Headliner. Will not fit earlier models without factory Headliner. You can re-use your existing Headliner if it's in good shape.
