Factory Original material for 1967 model is the Haartz Pinpoint Textured Vinyl, for 1968 & 1969 models is the Haartz Crush Vinyl, we also offer Haartz Stayfast Cloth material, all 3 materials are interchangeable. All the seams are Heat-Sealed. All Convertible Top materials are mildew & mold resistant, and UV treated for color fastness. The plastic windows are DOT rated heavy 40-gauge thick vinyl. Convertible Top & Window: What to Know about 2-Piece Convertible Tops
When you purchase a 2-Piece Convertible Top & Window, you will receive two sections of the top: the Convertible Top section and the Window section. They are ready for installation; no sewing is required. During installation, each section gets installed on the Top Frame separately (the same as the factory top installation). After installation is completed, the Convertible Top Quarters will overlap the 2 sides of the Window Section, making it look like a 1-Piece Top; in reality, they are 2 pieces overlapping each other (which is the same as the original Top).
NOTE: With a Convertible Top & Window, if your model's Top installation requires, you will receive:
(1) New Wire-on trim & 2 Chrome Ends to hide the staples;
(2) New assembled Convertible Top Header Seal made with the same material as the Top Cover, or extra material the same as the Top material to recover the existing header seal. (The Top Header Seal is NOT the front rubber weather strip.)
