(1) Which vehicles does this convertible top fit?

This replacement top is specifically designed for the Morris Minor 1000 Convertible produced between 1957 and 1969. It recreates the original one-piece top with plastic rear window configuration for an authentic fit.
(2) What materials are used and is the window original-style plastic?

The top is made from British Everflex Vinyl—the same factory material used on original Morris Minor convertibles. Alternative materials such as Haartz Stayfast Cloth or Leather-Textured Vinyl are also offered, depending on customer preference. The rear window is high‑grade DOT‑rated thick plastic, just like the OEM version.
(3) Is this convertible top compatible with original frame and hardware?

Yes. This replacement top is designed to work with the factory original frame and hardware on the 1957–1969 Morris Minor 1000 Convertible. If your existing frame is in good condition, no modifications are necessary. All attachment points are pre-positioned, and installation can be completed using the original mounting system.
(4) Can I install this Convertible Top myself?

Technically, yes, most people can manage to install a Convertible Top on their own, provided they have experience working on automotive upholstery projects.  However, TopsOnline.com recommends using a professional installer.  Why?  Because (a) a professional is going to provide you with the very best convertible top installation that you could ask for; (b) in the rare case where an installer might make a mistake, they’ll take care of it – but if YOU make a mistake with your own installation, that’s coming out of your pocket; and (c) finally, manufacturers reserve the right to void a warranty due to a faulty installation when that installation is done by someone who is not a professional installer.  So bottom line: don’t take the risk: hire a professional installer for your convertible top installation – it’s worth it and you won’t regret it!
(5) How is quality sealed and what is the warranty?

Tops are constructed to Morris specifications, using dual-reinforced seams: stitched and heat-sealed for superior sealing and strength. The material is UV-treated and resistant to mildew and mold. Each top is backed by Robbins' 5-year manufacturer warranty on materials and bond, plus an 18-month labor allowance under TopsOnline’s standard “Worry‑Free Warranty”.
