All the seams are Heat-Sealed. All Convertible Top materials are mildew & mold resistant, and UV treated for color fastness. The plastic windows are DOT rated heavy 40 gauge thick vinyl. No sewing is required.
From factory 1989 thru June 1992 production dates had Style-1 Top & from July 1992 thru 1994 production dates had Style-2 Top. More than a few car Top frames were modified by dealers under warranty which makes it very difficult to determine Top style based on manufacture date.
EZ ON & Robbins brands offer both Style-1 & Style-2 Tops and will only fit specific size Top Frame, that is why it is recommended to measure your existing Top based on the diagram (click on the Capri Top Measurement tab) and order accordingly.
