(1) Which vehicle(s) does this headliner fit?
This molded ABS headliner is designed to fit the 1972 through 1976 Dodge Dart Swinger 2-door hardtop models that were originally built without a sunroof.
(2) What type of headliner is this — and how does it differ from a cloth-covered or bow-style liner?
This is a molded ABS headliner board — a solid plastic “roof-liner board” that reproduces the OEM headliner’s shape and uses the factory mounting points. It is not a pre-sewn vinyl or cloth liner that suspends on bows; instead, it provides a rigid foundation that you can leave uncovered or cover with foam-backed cloth or Tier Grain Vinyl.
(3) What material and finish options are available, and are they OEM-correct?
The molded ABS headliner can be ordered as:
A bare/uncovered ABS board (ready for custom covering or painting), or
Covered in Foam-Backed Cloth, or Foam-Backed Tier Grain Vinyl — the latter being the customary industry-standard replacement material for vehicles of this era.
(4) What is included in the kit, and what should I expect on installation?
The headliner comes as a single molded board using factory attachment points and includes installation instructions. Because it is a rigid molded liner (not a bow-supported cloth), installation generally involves removing the original sagging or damaged headliner board, then installing this molded board in its place — no bows, stretching or trimming of fabric needed.
(5) Is there a warranty or guarantee offered with this molded headliner?
Yes — the molded ABS headliner includes a 3-year (36-month) manufacturer warranty on the plastic substrate. If you order the covered version, the covering material itself carries a separate 1-year warranty.
