Factory style Convertible Top with Plastic window. Original style Black grommets installed at rear. Original metal bar at rear must be reused to install top. Top fits both Left & Right hand drive models.

This convertible top for the Volkswagen Thing, Kubelwagen, Mehrweckwagen, Safari & Trekker (Type 181/182) fits the 1973, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78 and 1979 model years.

  • All the seams are Heat-Sealed. All Convertible Top materials are mildew & mold resistant, and UV treated for color fastness. The plastic windows are DOT rated heavy 40 gage thick vinyl. No sewing is required.
  • Warranty Info: Robbins brand comes with 5-year warranty and includes (18) months labor allowance from purchase date. You can read detailed warranty information on our warranty page.
