This convertible top for the Mercedes Benz 320CE, E320, 300CE, 220CE, E220, 200CE & E200 (Model 124) fits the 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996 model years. • Factory material is German Cloth. We also offer the Haartz Stayfast Cloth & Haartz Twillfast Cloth materials as an less expensive alternative. Both materials will fit and last the same as German Cloth Top, the only difference is the weave look.

Original material for 90 thru 93 models is Twill fabric and for 94 thru 96 models is Wool Brocade fabric. Headliners are interchangeable.

• Headliner made with factory style plastic retainers to snap onto the Top frame as original.
